Le Bistrot de la Tranchée - Tours

Always happy to eat there so you must absolutely book to ensure a place out of school holidays. It's a bistro I highly recommend. one of my favorite places because always well welcomed and always well served.

Traditions always have good, our last holiday Friday being reserved for dinner at the family restaurant. It was a long time since we wanted to go to dinner at the trench bistro (good return of friends and colleagues, rather good comments on my favorite app overall) the step is now over without any regret, 2 meals to 28€ for us and two burgers and strawberry tiramisu for the two great children. much loved the well-enhanced but fully mastered summer card, a feast from beginning to end, a map of reasonable wines with good bottles proposed. We were almost happy to arrive at the end of our holiday to recommend, think about it all the time to book

Reduced map in August but it is quite understandable for such a hollow period and I am looking forward to this restaurant being opened. menu very good. quite reasonable price. Friendly welcome. Easy parking. a pity that the surrounding environment is as urban (restaurant along a large avenue.) I recommend nevertheless.

Reduced card, reduced service, corsée addition but correct dishes. Wow!visibly young people who work during the holidays still have things to learn. some people are still at the point ... correct and good dishes.

Deplorable and dirty. How can you hold such a bistro with a former macaron...?Aperitive served after placing the entrances. Apparently the servers were in a hurry to leave. no quincy in stock so we redirected to a menetou. another disappointment: white wine at 13 degrees. with a team of 5 servers in the room for so few customers, the implementation could still have been done. So it is returned to the fridge and springs 2 minutes after .. we ask for a badoit: bursts of glasses on there bottles. We kindly ask that she be cleaned. I'm sure it's not a joke to the waitress who dropped the bottle cleaned like an old sock on the table. Everything was cold. aillolis: simple mayonnaise crumbled on top. Insipid dishes. we left without even being asked if it was. and fortunately! But where'd the boss go?
