Relais Saint Eloi - Tours

Here on Loire-Kassettentour for 5 nights. I recommend it very much for visiting the castle: tours are convenient near the most important monuments. the staff is gentle and very helpful here and the room is clean and comfortable, with clean towels every day. also remember to check the breakfast: it is beautiful and very plentiful!

The room was small but clean and comfortable. bathroom excellent. no tea/coffee in the room. the breakfast buffet is an extra 10 euro and good value (includes baked, brot, cheese, ham, yogurt, eggs, speck, sausage, müsli and obst, coffee from machine and juices.) the breakfast was well stored. location was 15 minutes walk from the place plumeur. personal friendly and helpful. good value for money.

Very clean, very quiet, comfortable beds, air conditioning, great breakfast. boiler in the room that is always a bonus. the staff was super helpful and very polite.

Clean, modern, parking in front free if you're lucky, parking in hotel tricky (very cramped), good breakfast, 15 mins walk to oldtown

The air conditioner in room 303 does not work and the staff was unable to fix it or relocate us to a room where it works. The “twin” beds are actually more like a small cot. Additionally on our reservation we reserved two rooms that were supposed to have one twin and one full size bed each but upon arrival found out that only rooms with two tiny cots each was available. Also, most of the rooms in the hotel have the windows covered in a huge blue glass cube that has piles of cigarette butts in it so it is incredibly unpleasant to be in any of those rooms (approximately ½ the hotel) where you can’t open the window without the stench of cigarettes.
