The Wayside Inn - Towanda

The Wayside, AKA “The Bucket”, is a hidden gem in the residential neighborhood of South Towanda. The current owners have put a lot of time and effort into updating this local landmark. In addition to remodeling the interior, they’ve added a large deck and fire pit area. Now it’s one of the few locations in Towanda with outdoor dining. The Wayside is serving up quality bar food with options on the menu like cutlets, wings, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza. They have the largest variety of sauce options and some of the best wings around! It’s a fun place to hang out and grab a good meal!

Well run, legendary landmark of Towanda, PA. Great pub food, varied music selection, and has the echoes and ambiance of a neighborhood tavern that has stood for over 50 years. A hidden gem to belly up, eat a good burger, have a drink and relax.

Very nice place... They have a great deck and do great fund-raisers. Great place to mingle and hang with friends...

Traveled from over 1 1/2 hours away only to find out that bbq is only on selected days. the look of the bar has really been happy, but was disappointed by the entire biker crowd. did not give me good vibes when the sign at the door talks about not wearing cuts or colors in the bar. I'd shoot it again if the biker crowd dropped off.

Had a fun night at the deck. great service and fun time with friends.
