I notice that the bad reviews mention the fact that people are smoking inside. I’ll admit that having a smoking section in a restaurant is kind of odd in 2024. I sat in the non smoking section and wasn’t bothered by it. Ventilation was decent. Place seemed perfectly neat and clean to me. Service was civil and effective. There was a decent crowd at the time. (Noon) Food was plain old fashioned American type food. I had country fried steak with gravy, green beans and Lima beans, and a cornbread muffin. Iced tea unsweetened. All of it perfectly adequate quality and serving size. This isn’t a fancy place. I doubt if it would claim to be. But it was an efficient and effective place to get a solid lunch at a reasonable price. I was fully satisfied. Beats the heck out of fast food! Parking: Ample parking, paved lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Shouldn’t be a problem. No steps. *I don’t use a chair myself, but I did not see any obstacles.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place is filthy, smells like a bar with all the smoke from people smoking in the restaurant. The grill and fryers was not cleaned for several months until one of the employees did it. The owner Thomas is a very rude person to the customers and especially to his employees. I would not suggest this place for anymore to eat at.

I got here at 11:30am I just finished my meal at 12:04pm. So the service was really good especially since they only have one person waiting tables. The food was pretty good this will definitely be the place I got to lunch everyday. I noticed nobody at work has recommended the place. The only thing I can think of is there is smoking. It's not like there are very many people smoking so it doesn't bother me. I even sat in the smoking section no issue.i had the hot wings which had alot of sauce more than I would like but it was good and I would order that again. I also got a burger and they serve breakfast all day so I was able to get a fried egg on it as well which was nice. The burger was better than average it was good they fries were so so not bad. I plan to take pictures of my food to post on here next time. There are not many options in this area but I would say this is the best. Also the staff was very friendly.

I had steak tips and they were amazing!! I don't eat just anybodys mac n cheese....theirs was the one of the best I'd ever had! My husband had catfish it was amazing!! If you've not tried this place stop in, you won't be disappointed

We stopped for breakfast and it was delicious! Service was great and friendly. The place was clean. If we are in the area again we certainly will stop!!
