Of the times I have come to this subway this was the worst, the one who served us did it in a racist way, I had to ask if the coffee was ready because she didn't even tell us, she didn't give us napkins and she never gave us a friendly gesture ...so
Visited 3/22/23 around 9am. The employee working was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her. We ordered steak egg and cheese Flatbread. She toasted it bur, when we sat down to eat it everything was still cold. I went to the register to let her know even shouted hello and she never came out of the back room. We were there waiting for our car to get fixed about an hour and we never saw her the whole time we sat there. She also charged me 6.00 each for an extra tray of steak on each sub. So 2 large Flatbread breakfast sandwiches and 2 small drinks was 40.00. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. HIRE DECENT WORKERS WHO ARE NOT RUDE.
Wish I could give this 0 stars or less. Worst subway I've seen in my life staff is completely disrespectful. The girl named Alexa working the register was confused how to correct the order and was trying to double charge me. I explained to her that she owed me money she should not be trying to charge me a second time and I should be getting money back not giving her money, when she yelled at me with my 5year old child there she then threw my money back at me in my face all over the ground and then pushed the subs at me and said take your money and your subs and get the F out of here. Then her coworker Tina came over and continue to sware at me yell and be completely disrespectful. I asked Tina to apologize for how they were treating me and my family and she said she will never apologize and told me to F ing go and never come back. I've asked to talk to managers and have tried calling someone in charge to discuss this with no answer. No problem I will never spend another dollar at that subway and I will make sure as many people as I can know how unprofessional and disrespectful this subway and workers are.
Barely paid attention, Complained about a CO worker the whole time and added on a tip to the order without my authorization.
