Wild Turkey - Town of Conover

Used to be our favorite place for Friday Fish Fry until tonight. They had everyone beat with their corn bread coating on their fish now went to beer battered like every other restaurant and its not near as good.

To the guy working 8/15/24, he rocks! I stopped in around 3pm and he did such an amazing job bartending and talking to all the guests. He created such a fun environment for everyone!!!

Jill behind the bar is absolutely fantastic! Great service and even better personality. Happy to sit, sip and snack anytime with her behind the bar.

Loved this place, friendly and fun staff. We visited twice over our trip. I ordered the porter house with whipped potatoes and it was incredible. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area they do not disappoint. Jill and Gary were phenomenal and incredibly fun. Jill makes great boutique cocktails and Gary has just as many great recommendations. 10/10 would recommend

Best steak, great drinks. The best mojito I had while I was on vacation.
