If I could leave a negative star, I would. This has to be the worst McDonalds in Airdrie. Horriable experience everytime I go. Tonight I went and bought my daughter and I a cream-egg McFlurry thinking, “how can they screw that up?” Took them 15 mins to make it with no one in the restaurant. When we finally got them, we took them and left to head home. As we took a few spoonfuls, we noticed there were only a few cream-eggs on the top and 3/4 of the McFlurry was ice cream only. Called to complain. The guy who made them answered and acted like he didn’t understand me, told me that’s how they are made, yelled “I have orders!” and then hung up on me. I called the Yankee location and they told me that the McFlurry should have had more cream-eggs and that they should be mixed all the way through. Crappy McFlurry. Crappy service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Maybe the manager could see to clean the tables and bathroom instead of blowing up balloons. Has McDonald’s completely given up??? If I wasn’t given a gift card I would never be here. Terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
