On a whim we decided to pop in and check out the store, upon entering the store we were not greeted or acknowledged at all, staff members were busy chatting amongst themselves, disappointing first time experience

Was there during the recent Santa Claus parade at dinner time. As there was a bizarre lack of concessions, I went there to get my 3 year old a hot dog. They sold the last one to the customer in front of me, and the cashier informed me they were out. She didn't offer to put another one on and have me wait. Just we're out. I didn't bother asking the kid if the owners wanted to make money or why she wasn't replacing the hot dogs on the rollers as she was serving them. People were waiting 10 minutes for a mocha frappa, whatever, but you don't want hot dog money. It was parade day, and they were not ready to serve concessions, and they weren't trained. According to my wife and 3 year old, the hamburger tube I got off the grill was inedible.
