Sat down for dinner and had to wait for the waitress. She took our orders and disappeared. Someone else served us and walked away. We needed refills and no one came by. I had to get up and walk to the bar for a refill. I've been here before and the service was good. It definitely went downhill. It's a shame as it's in a nice location.

We were in town for a cider festival around the corner from here and the shop gave us a coupon for this place as their recommendation for lunch. I figured why not stop by and see how it is. Well it is festively decorated for Halloween and definitely has that local bar vibe. Upon entering the sign told us just to seat ourselves to the left in the bar area which also hosts booths. The waitress was very friendly and promptly refilled by soda a couple times without needing to be asked. She was very attentive and when i asked for no onions on my salad she asked if i was allergic as my entree had onions and i just exclaimed no that i just don't prefer them on my salad. For a waitress to remember right away that the entree i chose had onions was quite remarkable for me. Most places the waitresses don't even really know what the menu items include so i was ecstatic with this experience. She brought us a fresh warm roll with butter out. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken which comes with a side salad and one choice of my own, i picked broccoli. My spouse opted for the Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato fries. Our meals were delicious. The chicken was pounded perfectly thin and then perfectly Parmesan crusted, I've never seen such a beautiful cheese crust on chicken before. The lemon sauce and bruschetta on top were delectable. Heavy on the garlic as a warning to anyone not so in love with garlic as i am. The broccoli was actually cooked through as well, not that chewy harder than you'd like texture, these florets were soft and tender. Jo loved her Philly cheesesteak and sweet potato fries, normal gambit with those.
