Best Pizza - Town of Middleborough

My Italian sub was amazing, made it just like I asked ?My boyfriend had the haddock sub it was great. Definitely will be coming back for more! So far my favorite in Middleboro ?

If your gonna charge $16 for a dinner chicken finger and French fries 1 it should come with something else beside just the chicken and fries 2 maybe u should make it edible the chicken was hard as a rock and the fries where mushy never eating here

Best Pizza gets the award for worst gyro. I have never felt the need to make a yelp review before but this is pitiful for an (at least) $11 sandwich with no side, beverage, or anything else. This is a few paper thin slices of meat on a veggie wrap and it was an awful first experience.

Its very unfortunate that I am posting this unsatisfactory review. I stand on principle and business. Ive been a customer of BEST PIZZA since 2017. I NEVER ONCE complained about service or the food. Apparently the store has changed owners hands. In addition, they are advertising the WRONG MENU and prices. On or about October 1 2023 I placed a pickup order for 2 appetizers dinners the price was $24. When I arrived the NEW PRICE was approximately $28.25. I was advised I ordered from the wrong menu. And that going forward i had to use new QR code b/c they had no new menus. ANYWAYSI picked the order up at 725pm I live 3 mins from best pizza when I got home literally within 5 minutes I called and spoke to IZZY I said I 'm returning to bring the food back the order was unacceptable the food was overcooked and to hard to eat. The fries were rock hard. Honestly in addition, i took photos. PER IZZY she said well we are closing the store right now. I said i will be shortly. IZZY stated that she was sorry MANAGER was vashing and closing out the register so she couldn 't give refund. IZZY ON SPEAKER PHONE said Sorry for the inconvenience. I will give you a CREDIT for your next order. I said that was acceptable and I agreed. THIS evening I called asked to speak to izzy as she TOLD ME to ask for her. I reminded her what the order was she said oh yeah I remember I proceeded to place an order WHEN IZZY GOES I can only apply a discount NOT APPLY /HONOR THE CREDIT I initially wad told. I said that was unacceptable and not what was told to me. I proceeded to order a simple broccoli Alfredo WHEN I ASKED well what would be the discount applied??? .........cricketsIzzy did not say she told me the Total for a broccoli Alfredo was $15.37 I said izzy that 's not what you said I requested to speak to a manager when ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE BECAME THE MANAGER and said she did not tell me I would be credited NOR DO THEY NOT GIVE REFUNDS I told her to cancel the order. I am not going to argue over food. HOWEVER they have lost a customer and to be brutally honest their reviews and services will reflect the overall outcome of how well they will last.IZZY MEAN WHAT YOU SAY AND SAY WHAT YOU MEAN ??
