Sumo Japanese Steakhouse

Took a party of 15 to Sumo for hibachi last night. These folks are so nice and fun. Food was terrific and service was stellar.

I moved to arizona 6 years ago and I've tried a lot of hibachi places. I compare them all to sumos and NONE OF THEM EVEN COMPARE. I just flew home for a brief visit and made a point to go for lunch and it was just as amazing as I remembered. .. if yall want to give me the recipe for your yum yum sauce and ginger salad dressing I would appreciate it. Until then. I can't wait to be back!

The hibachi chef sprayed sake and my friend's face twice. Other were at the table but that only happened to him. I don't have to say why.

Sushi was wonderful, service was as well. Very generous portions.

Delicious food but it is a very busy place so it is often packed with a long wait
