Sopranos 2 - Town of Nichols

This is probably the worst food I've ever had at what claims to be a restaurant. The food was clearly prepared hours in advance and was extremely dry. It also took an eternity to get it. The staff seemed more interested in joking around behind the counter than in serving customers. Where was the management during all of this? The place was filthy; it's in such poor condition that a health inspector would need to shut it down. I would rather eat on the bathroom floor of a local McDonald's than risk getting sick here again.
