Mcdonald's - Town of Orchard Park

They were so rude,one of the people there called me stupid on the phone.and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager.

Loving the McDonald's app for the freebies but was disappointed that it costs $4 for a small Shamrock shake and my cup wasn't even topped off even though I requested no whipped cream. ?

Burger was a mess.tiik forever for someone to speak on the drive thru and there was no customers in the place. Also hard to get in and out of .bad location. All these fast food drive-ins should put menus before you get to the speaker so you have a chance to read it while waiting in
