I really enjoy Panera. Everything I eat there is spectacular. It’s just cost a lot of money to eat there. No preservatives or additives in anything. Just love it there.

I ordered delivery by Door Dash. You sent an order that I had placed several weeks earlier instead of the order that I placed that day. The dasher contacted me to tell me that he knew he was delivering the wrong order, that he tried three times to show you what my correct order for that day was but you wouldn’t listen to him. Ridiculously poor service on your part. Food: 5 Service: 1

Food was fine but what I'm complaining about was the price.... I ordered a Qt of chicken noodle soup and wanted mostly broth and that's what I did receive. They also included 4 little bags of chips for a total cost of $24.82 . I realize everything is expensive but to me this is outrageous... Ugh Sorry I just had to vent !!!
