Contribuisci feedbackYesterday January 31st I ordered a pizza and 16 boneless wings. The cheese on the pizza was burnt and there was barely to no sauce. The wings were soggy and my family did not appreciate it.
The manager was at the counter and literally put his hands in his mouth while helping a customer in front of us. No one in the kitchen were wearing masks, nor was the manager at the cash register. They even had a sign up saying people don't need to wear a mask, which I get that they can't force customers to wear a mask (though every single one I saw was), they are required to make sure their employees and management are. I am vaccinated and boosted, but I work with children and help my older grandmother, and cannot afford to potentially give others Covid because of Pizza Hut's negligence. I left shortly after we were seated, and I'd recommend you avoid this place atm for your own safety too.
Well one thing i didnt like is my grandkids wanted 1 cheese pizza and that was that but i order 2 things cheese and i think sausage and paid 12 dollars my pizza was 3 toppings for 10.00. i think kids should have been 11 dollars.
The pizza was very dry the garlic butter tasted old the cheese was crunchy I was not very happy with my meal. I think we deserve a gift card or a really fresh pizza.
Food is always done for when you order, they have never messed up my order. Workers are always nice and friendly. All around great experience
