Let's talk about wait times. Wow. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee with only 3 people in front of me. What has happened to the actual workers? Before Covid, it was not like this. Now, everything is below par in quality and you have to wait for less than great service. The food and coffee quality seem rushed despite the long wait times. Why is this the case? Please improve. Hire people who actually want to work, not just bodies filling a spot and collecting a check with minimal effort. They even messed up my coffee, but I don't want to wait again. This experience is worse than Dunkin' Donuts or Burger King. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The coffee was delicious, especially the Butter Pecan flavor which is my favorite. The service was excellent during my lunch meal. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. I would give a perfect 5/5 rating for the food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Hash Browns and Donuts. There is plenty of parking available with free parking options in the lot.

The restaurant offers excellent service, reasonable prices, and a wide variety of menu options. It is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. The take-out service is also commendable. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.
