I’ll keep this short and sweet. Does my label say 3 caramel? Yes. Is there any caramel in this coffee? Absolutely not. Do i have time in the mornings to go complain to get it fixed? Nope i have a job to get to. I’ve gotten the same coffee every day for the last year i know how it tastes. This is the 2nd time THIS WEEK that there’s not an ounce of caramel in my coffee. Whoever is making the coffees seems to be illiterate, maybe hire people who can read lol. If i wanted a cold brew with just cream I’d ask for a cold brew with cream.

I had to wait a long time going through the drive-thru to place my order and then a longer time to get my food. When I grabbed for a hash brown, it was still frozen. Unfortunately, I was already on I88 needing to get somewhere. All that time waiting and my food was served frozen.
The customer service is usually very good, the food is always fresh, but sometimes the order gets messed up. Always willing to fix it without complaint. The space is small so, I wouldn't suggest dining in.
