Dunkin' - Town of Vestal

Was treated very rudely today by the red haired employee. She ignored me for 10 minutes while I was standing there waiting to order so she could stand there talking to her friend. Then, when this friend told her she should go ahead and wait on me, she very snottily said, Oh, she can go down to the drive thru if she wants to be waited on . Worst experience I ever had at a Dunkin donuts. This employee needs a serious attitude check.

Hot fresh food, coffee made as ordered and was hot and fresh, friendly staff. Drive thru was quick. Best Dunkin in area.

So expensive for cheap food?? Likes those butter peacan donuts though. Slow drive through. Weird parking lot set

Grabbed 2 bagels and an energy punch on our way upstate. The staff is the star here, so friendly they just start your day off nice. Food was fresh and accurate. Thank you!

I was very specific on my order, but was completely ignored with my drink order and my food order. Apparently..I'm not important enough to listen to!
