Apple Valley Cafe Express - Townsend

Good food, excellent apple cake (for dying), great warm sociable staff and very clean facilities. Well worth the stop and I recommend you stop.

We stopped by for lunch and it was one of the best meals we've had in Tennessee. The ribs were superb, falling off the bone and packed with flavor. The chicken salad was also outstanding. We wish we had more time to dine here again.

We stopped and ate in the café and I had the best fish sandwich I ever had. The food was hot and the service was excellent.

The restaurant offers excellent food and friendly service, with homemade Fudge Shiner Bock on tap. It was difficult to find any flaws with this place, except for the fact that it is located so far from home.

It's a nice little place to shop and enjoy lunch with family and friends!
