Dunkin' - Township Of Washington

I have been frequenting this Dunkin' Donuts for a while now as I work in the area. I typically order through the app and get two large iced coffees without ice, as well as a hot coffee for myself. However, during my last visit, an employee informed me that the iced coffee must come with ice in it. I explained that my wife prefers her coffee without ice as it tends to water it down, but the employee insisted that the owner mandates ice in the iced coffee. I decided to leave without making a purchase as a result. I find it perplexing why ice is necessary considering the coffee is served cold from the tap. Perhaps the owner is trying to cut costs by using less coffee in a $4 drink. I plan on contacting corporate about this issue as there is an option on the app for no ice, yet I was told it was not possible to order it that way in person. This is a poor business practice in my opinion.

Not sure how reviews can state that the service is good here. No ?Good morning?, ?What do you like?, ?X dollars please?, ?thank you?, no smile, no sign of gratitude, nothing. And since we are from town we gave it many tries. These guys not even manage toreturn a smile from a 2 year old. Anyway I drive 5 min longer to Hillsdale where the people appreciate their customers. 2 andnot 1 star because the coffee and donuts were always good and some years ago one guy there gave my daughter a free munchkin(which probably kept me for a customer for whey too long)

The service was good and the menu was typical of Dunkin. However, I had an issue with the front windows displaying multiple signs boasting about the cleanliness of their bathrooms. Despite being a frequent customer who visits the store five days a week, sometimes even twice a day, I was told that the bathrooms were closed when I really needed to use them. I'm left wondering if this is a common occurrence or if they truly were closed at that moment.

The restaurant is clean, efficient, and provides excellent personalized service. They consistently serve good coffee! I ordered through the app and my order was ready very quickly. Thank you Dunkin!
