Mcalister's Deli - Township of Zumbehl

We normally, drive to no other location.Loved this one before. But this time , I had a coupon for 20% off of McAlister's. They seem to think that I was joking them and it was right there on their website and on my app. I felt a bit embarrassed or called out, and I even asked them to maybe ask their manager but they finally gave me the discount. Really embarrassing. My husband is part of their McAlister's club yet they couldn't seem to find his number and has been for years. I am standing there looking at his account on my phone yet she keeps saying it doesn't show up. So embarrassing.

Never had a bad meal at McAllisters. Always fast, fresh hot (not the salads ? . VERY friendly professional service.

Gone here for years until today. The service the last 3 visits gets worse and it's due to youth and poor management. The basic concept of dinning out is recognition of customers and today there 3 people behind the counter 1 on his phone desperately trying to avoid all contact, another girl at register playing with her shoes and what looked a manager at the other end register. None of them made eye contact OR said hello. Why would I spend money somewhere I don't feel welcome. 3rd time so I will no longer support this location. If you like being snubbed, go here.

Great service, great food, and a clean restaurant. I couldn't ask for better, this place is one of my all-time

I'd give four stars if I'd been able to get my first choice of sandwich. How could they not make a New Yorker?
