Fish n chip delights - Townsville

Omg the food was amazing and well dimensioned. Children's dishes were worth the money and the potato scallops were for dying. The staff was polite and did not take long to cook. Then go quickly to the beach to enjoy a meal while you see the sun.

You could wear out a lot of boot leather to find a better value fish n chipperie . As a visitor to Townsville, finding great food at reasonable prices is difficult. Gails provides....Value for money. Generous servings, fish well cooked, chips serving was enormous( half scoop) fed three with plenty leftover. Highly recommended.

Love the fish and chips here! Extremely large portions and cooked right. Love the crumbed fish. Chicken salt on the chips and they always cook the chips until crispy, never undercooked. Only downside is this place gets super busy and takes a while to get through on the phone (for good reason! so make sure you order ahead. Staff are friendly and bring your food out to your car. Great location too, we always enjoy our meal on the Strand.

Great little fish and chip shop! Was busy, but we still got our order fairly quickly! Lost of people coming to pick up phone orders. Food was great! Service was great. Awesome gluten free options!
