Graziers Steakhouse - Dalrymple Hotel

Thanks for taking the time to give us some old fashion service. We enjoyed the Meals and the Staff showed us how to use the new digital ordering system (Very easy) We will visit again.

The food at this restaurant really needs improvement. I ordered fish and chips and was disappointed to find that they were partially frozen and very tough to chew. The chips were cold and the fish was only lukewarm.

The portions were small and lacking flavor. We ordered the seafood linguine, which was watery and only included 3 frozen prawns and some fish. It was very bland and lacked taste. The barramundi with salsa was also small, with just a small amount of diced onion and tomato on top. We paid restaurant prices but received very poor quality food.

The manager was working hard with two inexperienced staff members. Despite this, Manager James never stopped smiling in front of guests. It would be beneficial for him to receive additional support from more experienced staff members.

We had a Sunday night dinner here and really enjoyed it. Both our shared entree and main meals were good quality and very tasty. Although you order at the counter and buy drinks at the bar, food is delivered to the table. We found the service to be fast and friendly.
