K Mart Plaza Carvery - Townsville

I ordered a toasted cheese and ham sandwich while on a lunch break - i waited more than 20 minutes - and asked to cancel the order as i had to get back to work. The woman who was making coffee advised me that they dont know how to do a refund and i had to just wait. i asked what did she mean? She didnt know how to refund ? she then opened the til and slammed $6.90 back into my hand and shoved the til shut . she refused to offer any service with a smile- i will never return here. it costs nothing to to smile.

The place looks really grotty both outside and in and tables are usually dirty. The sliders were good and can't complain about the price. If it was cleaner we would be in more often

The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. They make the best iced chocolate and the roast pork melts in your mouth.

Great food and is totally value for money. staff is friendly. we had coffee there. cafe is kept clean and its busy

Had a coffee here, was really nice but not hot enough! Cafe was clean and tidy and very busy. Staff friendly. Food looked good and plenty of it and cheap.
