Raw Energy Townsville

Raw Energy has good food, good coffee and friendly staff. I had the natural muesli each time I was there. I found this filling and should have remembered to ask for no honey the second time as the topping was a tad sweet.

The staff are friendly,helpful great service.Decided to stop here for lunch was so glad we did.Our lunch was excellent.We both chose the Chicken Rice Noodle Bowl which is fantastic.This is a cold dish a bit spicy with herbs spices but No...chilli just capsicum.I"m not one for a lot of spicy food but this was the best.We also had great fresh juice drinks; The Coolum Crusher Alex Sunrise,lovely.They also serve great hot coffee.Highly recommend

The best coffee on the Strand and great service, can get very busy but worth the wait. Only eaten breakfast here and it was perfect.

Breakfast at Raw Energy on The Strand Townsville. GF toast with salmon, poached eggs, red onion, capers and spinach along with a green tea while watching the sun rise: beautiful! A peaceful way to start a busy day of business. A very enjoyable breakfast; the...eggs were poached just right, smoked salmon was awesome and the combination of the ingredients came together to enhance the flavours. Highly recommended.
