Lacking sauce. Paid $6.50 extra for pepperonis and received 1 small pepperoni on each slice. Nearly $1 per pepperoni? That 's insane. Our 2nd pizza had totally different crust, which never rose in the oven. Flat, weird dough.Really strange experience all around. We ate it, but certainly didn 't enjoy it.
We were told our food would be ready in 40 minutes, but when we arrived, they said it would be an additional 15 minutes. After waiting that extra time, we were told to wait yet another 15 minutes. The woman I spoke with kept insisting that "some" of our order was ready, but I could tell she was just making excuses. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and more questioning from me, she finally admitted that she hadn’t even started making our order and offered to refund my money. This experience was awful, and I will never return.
The pizza is fantastic, the salads are enjoyable, the cheesesteaks are delicious, and the fries are of excellent quality! I also really appreciate the staff who work there.
I can't believe how much the pizza has changed. The delicious pies they used to serve have been replaced with something doughy and excessively cheesy. It was really disappointing—nothing tasted good, and everything felt stale. Overall, it was a terrible pizza experience.
I’m not sure how you go wrong with a regular cheese pizza but I ordered a regular cheese pizza for a kids birthday party and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, the children didn’t even eat it. A complete waste?? ??
