Baja Fresh - Towson

This is my first visit to a Baja Fresh location. It was also my first time to try a Quesadilla, and I must say I really enjoyed it very much. It was cheerful and hot and delicious. I also tried it with a chicken and that was delicious. I will return to this place in the future for another delicious queen.

The menu has been simplified since the last time I was there; it's a good thing. The food is great as always. All food is MTO. They live the fresh part of their name.

You can't beat Baja Fresh. Hands down the best execution of Mexican food around. So good and so fresh! Chipotle suck ass!

Food was fast, delicious and fresh! A wide selection of salsa's fresh pico di gallo, limes and paprika. Great customer service!

Of the 3 chains, Baja is the only one that offers shrimp, and has a salsa bar. That's good enough for me.
