Baskin-robbins - Towson

Excellent! I have been coming here for over 35 years and have never been disappointed. Their special ice cream cake is definitely worth trying as well!

I always go to this Baskin Robbins for their big cappuccino without whipped cream and extra cinnamon. In my opinion, it's the best place in Maryland for this drink, and I've tried many locations. When I say it's made right, I mean it has a rich, authentic cappuccino flavor. The customer service here is also excellent—everyone is very attentive. Once, I came the day after they were closed, and when I mentioned it the next day, a staff member immediately offered to have my drink ready for me if I called ahead. They're really kind and friendly!

This Baskin-Robbins location is fantastic! The store is consistently clean, and both the indoor and outdoor tables and chairs are well cared for—yes, they have outdoor seating! It's wonderful to enjoy your delicious ice cream or a refreshing milkshake outside at any time. Unlike many other franchises that use milk products, they serve REAL ice cream. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which adds to the experience. I’m glad to see that Baskin-Robbins has stood the test of time, staying true to using real ice cream and quality ingredients. They also offer free cones on your birthday when you join the birthday club, along with their tasty Polar Pizzas! This is truly the best place!
