Contribuisci feedbackAs someone who works at a subway back home, just annoyed by the lack of care by the workers. Also they are quick to be belligerent if you ask questions pertaining to things like rewards. Overall poor service.
I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only 4 customers ahead of me in line. Ahk is averaging over 5 minutes a sub per person. Absolutely brutal. Eat fresh? Nah, eat nothing is the vibe I was receiving. Get this man some help so the rest of us don?t have to starve.
Charged me extra without telling me. Refused to take it off the bill.
After they toast your bread their supposed ask what you want topping that you want on your sub. Never asked me just put what they want on it started wrapping it up in the paper. When I try to say something they didn 't want to do it over. Then I asked for a cookie to be added my order at thr cashier register and the lady had an attitude about it and acted like she didn 't want to do it. Then the cashier register spits out the change on the other side and I couldn 't reach under plexiglass and the cashier acted to she didn 't want to give it to me or push it closer. When I said 'thank you ' when I was leaving she acted like she couldn 't get her mouth open. Tried ordering here again for the second, even worse service than the first. I will never eat her again.
Who is the owner of this location! On Oct 6 2022! I stood in line while the employees continue to have a lady on speaker repeating her credit card information over and over loudly. They never informed her and they got mad at me for telling them to stop violating that lady and putting her at risk. I need to speak with someone in reference to this.
