Starbucks - Trabuco

Ya not great, waited out front at the window prob 5 min no one even bothered to acknowledge me and my daughter. I saw at least 4 working this was Sunday around 11am. Gave the order ,,, after we got our sandwiches home one was wrong, look at your order carefully before walking driving away. Of course I tipped and the sandwich order was wrong, super irritating

I really like this Starbucks! This location is my new favorite stop. The manager and his team are always very nice and friendly. They are always in such a good mood! Great atmosphere. And the drink recommendations always hit the spot! Thanks for making my day. I

If you are a person of color go to literally any other starbucks. I was treated very rudely and just accused of lowkey trying to steal drinks when I literally just ordered at the register. It's sheltered OC so the racism is expected. I hope people can do better in the future.

Three people working at the counter one gal sitting on the back counter and no one in the store and they had no coffee

I never go to Starbucks anymore because their coffee is not the best and their service is horrendous. Tried this new location as I was on the way to the airport....big mistake. The girl that helped me, curly blonde hair was miserable. Didn't say hello and acted annoyed that I was bothering her. Proceeded to get me coffee without saying a single word. My first time was my last time....never again.
