Starbucks - Trabuco

This has been one of my worst visits to date at any establishment. The trash can was overflowing, the floor was dirty, and most of the employees flat out REFUSED to take my order. Probably due to my sexual orientation. I am a gay man who has been married happily 20 years. The only shining beacon in this house of horrors was a young man named Jacob Gaeta. He stepped up and took my order, walked me through all the available items on the menu, and made my coffee perfectly. I will not be returning to this location but the memories I made with Jacob will last forever.

I give this location 5 stars. The staff are friendly. They follow the Starbucks mantra of greeting the customers and make everyone feel welcome. The drinks are very good. The store is clean and they have comfortable chairs. I love this location and the staff deserves to be recognized.

Please ask the early morning cashier to stop yakking with customer friends when there is a line waiting behind them. It's a disservice to your customers who are not your neighborhood buddies.

Employees are friendly enough. coffee is average. Restrooms are closed. Surely that's $1/cup of what I pay. Or discount everything by a $1 if as they have, restrooms are permanently closed.

I ran into an customer of mine from years ago.She is the Mgr. of this location and it was wonderful to see her shining at work!!!
