Very frustrated! We mainly go for their juices. I’ve gotten there a half hour before closing and they have stated they quit making juices so they could clean the machine. I’m ok with that since now I know it. Today I got there an hour and 15 minutes before closing. I was told sorry we are short staff so we already put the juicer in the back. Really over an hour before you close. The place was empty so it wasn’t like they were too busy.We like their food and juices and would of given it a 5 star if it wasn’t for we go for the juices and can’t depend on them.

Found out today, that even though their food is good, their customer service is lacking!! ?There was a discrepancy with their online ordering system and somehow I (the customer) was to blame. If their meal prep service requires a 24-hour turnaround, then their ordering system shouldn 't allow the choice of same day pick up. This would be an internal software programming issue. Don 't argue with the customer that they should know to pick up the next day if your system allowed them to choose same day. Can I say, confusing?This place is not customer friendly and their odd and LIMITED HOURS of operation makes them less than worth the drive from Mountain House!Save your money and go with a service like Green Chef of Factor; you 'll get better food and be treated kindly.UPDATED: Ironic response from the 80% folks. Maybe they should have gone over and above today and not argued with the customer who had no control over the online ordering system. Rude service just leave a nasty taste (pun intended).
