I love this place! Great bagel selection, food is delicious ?

Went in today to grab a delicious bagel today, the line was insane but worth it, but I got to give Rachel so much RESPECT this young lady was multi tasking, taking orders, helping prep the phone, taking phone orders, charging customers, I mean she was ever ? I honestly don't know how she did it and still remain cool, collective and still smile. Rachel your are such an amazing young lady!!!!!! Thank you so much for your hard work ??

Great bagels. The place has changed over the last few years though. It's very frustrating to be standing in line and people calling in their orders just to have us wait longer. I understand they want to make as much money as they possibly can but we've stood in line before and called ahead just to get past the line. It's not something we want to do so we don't go here very often anymore. It feels like they're understaffed constantly.

Food is Okay. Can be better. The time they take for taking an order is so long. Could be their business strategy to keep people waiting in line to create a pseudo crowd. However the wait is worth the food. Good quality and customized plater for each customer is their selling point. Can be a little better in the speed of service.

Tried the Jalepano, it was awesome and a must eat. Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian and not a vegan, pls try it with butter.
