Subway - Tracy

Best customer service ever to the young lady who made my sandwich today. She was so polite quick and provided me with the best service ever. Thank you for being kind.

Terrible service! Rude employees/owner. Worst subway I visited in my life, (and I'm old) LOL. Better off going to burger king across the way.

Nope never going there again I was going to pay with a gift card and I only had 13 left I got the six inches one and there like scan it I did and there like o there's no more and I still had the other recipe that said I had 13.65 dollars but guess what they stole my money I called the number behind the card and it's says I have 0 dollars so I don't recommend this subway

At 8:40pm the doors were locked. 2 girls were inside and through the window said they were closed. another person came to the door after me. she told them the same. clearly online and on the door it say’s CLOSES AT 9PMNOT 8:40PM

ZERO ZERO ZERO star. Worst ever subway in Tracy CA, ordered a foot-long chicken roasted, and when I got it it was nothing but the all veggies and no chicken. I took it back to them to get me new one which the guy and the girl refused he opened the sandwich in front of me and showed me some shredded chicken meat I asked him for 14 bucks you are showing me a 2 oz of chicken that also he had to scrap from bottom of sandwich. then the girl said we will make you a new sandwich but you have to pay. I told them if you can't give me another sandwich I am not going to pay for the new one. and I left the sandwich there. he did not say anything. It was the SCAMWAY sandwich store in Tracy. do not bother to do business with them. Both are very stingy and no service at all.ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO star.
