Passenger Coffee Tea Showroom

I’ve been to 46 of the 50 states. When I travel I visit coffee roasters in every city I stay in and many I drive through. Why do I bring this up? Because Passenger is one of the very best coffee shops in the nation. I’ve checked. And I’ve never had a better cappuccino. Great service, world class coffee, baristas that don’t just know how to make a drink but know the why behind what they are doing to ensure it’s great every time, locally baked pastries, good atmosphere. This is a coffee connoisseur’s coffee shop. In addition the bagged coffee is always roasted recently and is an amazing collection of single origin coffees roasted to perfection. Note: if your idea of coffee involves massive amounts of sugar and whipped cream, you should look elsewhere as they don’t serve that. Ditto if you want very dark roasts, they roast for maximum varietal flavor profiles which tend to be lighter.

If they have a one and one on the menu and a Weber EG-1 on the counter, you know they 're serious about coffee, and their attentiveness did not disappoint. Delicious, moderately modern style espresso, made even more delicious in a cortado with oat milk

Fantastic place! The people working there are friendly, gave good advice and knew their coffee! Best latte I’ve ever had hands down. They even roast their own coffee beans and have a sustainability report available to look at which is very nice to see!

After working in coffee for two years and knowing the process and having a taste for good espresso, i can fully attest to saying that passenger is one of the best cafes to exist. their espresso is one of kind and you can tell that they put there time into it. the ice coffee is also incredibly delicious. they have tasty treats and the baristas are the sweetest people.

This is one of the best cafes I’ve ever been to. I love both tea and coffee, and Passenger sources the best of each while building relationships with farmers throughout the world and paying them considerably more than fair trade standards. The staff are incredibly friendly, courteous and excel at hospitality as well as being exceptional baristas. The interior is modern minimalist, but my favorite place to enjoy my matcha, nitro tea or cappuccino is at one of Passenger’s tables on the charmingly European pedestrian-only alleyway outside Central Market.
