Contribuisci feedbackSubs were ordered on the app. One was not to have mayonaise on, and they mistakenly put it on the sandwich. They caught it and had to remake it. Great catch before giving us something we did not order.
My best Subway experience so far. This is the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. The service was quick and food was made right. Recommend it.
Updated with lower score 4/15/24 7:30pm... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Workers were cashing people out and using the computer and mouse with the same gloves they were using for making the food. SO DISGUSTING!I've seen NUMEROUS other posts about this location saying the same thing!Not following food codes at all and should be visited by Health Department to be inspected ASAP!
Disappointed in the subway app. Was not able to get it to open right away. I was not able to change my payment method. The app will not allow me to update to a new payment card. I'm a little disappointed that I have to use a Subway app to get a deal. I would like to be able to have the same deal if I ordered at the store. Unfortunately this time I left without making a purchase. Very frustrated. I do not blame this local Subway, this will be a franchise issue.
Workers make food than touch equipment with the same gloves and then continue to make food. I'm pretty sure safety regulation state you're supposed to change your gloves every time you touch a surface before you touch cooked food. I would not recommend eating here if you don't want to get sick due to lack of improper food safety handling.
