How can you forget a customer serve other people in front. Then when asked how long for an iced coffee no apology but realise.you never printed ticket off. Then still serve others frist. Learn some customer service please

Charged wrong for a simple drink. Staff incompetent. No refund. No drink. Ridiculous ‘coffee shop’ .

They will serve you faster based on your skin colour. Even manager said, what can she do, overall quality and queues not worth it.

My wife and I called in for a coffee mid afternoon. We were served promptly. The coffee was excellent as usual. I have to say this is one of the cleanest Costa Coffee outlets we have visited.

Reviewing the costa coffee shop in the odeon cinema . Quiet small relaxing. Tables clean , staff quick at making the coffee . Avoid the large one in the food court area very loud , busy tables usually dirty. If u want to relax come to this one instead. I had the gingerbread latte.
