The ham in my sandwich was just basic boiled ham, even though I was led to believe it was something more special. The eggs benedict were delicious. They have a good selection of soft drinks. However, the loud jazz music might be a problem for guests with tinnitus or autism. The bright lights may also be an issue for those with light sensitivity. It is now more like a bar, with outside seating available when the weather is nice. They are dog-friendly.
I visited this restaurant on July 9th for a small gathering with a few friends to celebrate my 50th birthday on the 10th. The owner, Jo, made the experience really special and enjoyable despite the restrictions. We had cocktails, afternoon teas, and cheeseboards. It's a charming little spot and I will definitely be returning soon.
Now around 145, beautifully renovated with handicrafts still available for the family. They have excellent COVID arrangements and are very welcoming. All the food is locally sourced and the chef is exceptional. All employees are very friendly. The prawn marie rose open sandwich was perfect. The afternoon tea is the biggest and most delicious ever.
It is open for cocktails. camelion was renamed. still the same owners. still with great cocktails.
