So disappointed what a rip off jacket potato no butter had chilli and cheese paid just over 9 pounds for this. Every other outlet had queus but this one now I know why. Family had chosen the noodle bar wish I'd had that now looked more appetising. Will not vist this place again. Avoid if you can

When did the jacket potato cheese and beans become £8???

The potato itself was nice however the topping was bland and insufficient in quantity- I would not not go again I got Prawn with salad and it was £7.50

Today we visited the SpudULike branch in Trafford Centre. The customer service was appalling, my mum asked for coleslaw and they didn’t have it so she got a plain potato with cheese and butter. She then asked if she could have it as a meal deal. He charged us £9.15. We then waited for our drink, the server placed the drink that we ordered in front of me, so I took it. He then shouted at me “why are you taking that, that’s not yours”. When I told him that was my drink he muttered sorry under his breath. When my mum got her potato it was dry, no butter. Also I canot add pictures on here but the container that the potato came in was filthy with black stains. Disgusting. Please can you resolve this, I am very upset.
