The Cafe was closed. Interesting original pottery, some of it was too big to be transported by plane.

The restaurant has a very friendly staff and offers high-quality ceramic dishes. They also have discounted slightly imperfect items for sale if you're looking for a deal. The kitchen utensils and light fixtures they sell are so attractive that you may find it hard to resist buying something. However, please note that the dining area is currently closed due to COVID restrictions.

I had a wonderful customer service experience at this restaurant recently. I purchased a lampshade that turned out not to fit my lamp, but Linda was extremely helpful and requested photos of my old Inistioge pottery lamp. Mary then created a custom-made shade that was perfect for us, and we are thrilled with the result. We have purchased several lamps and shades from Mulcahy and will certainly be back. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the cafe is temporarily closed. However, the pottery shop is definitely worth checking out. They have a wide selection of beautiful pottery pieces at various price points, making it accessible for everyone.

This lovely café is the perfect spot for a meal or afternoon tea, and it's conveniently situated near a shop selling beautiful pottery. And if you happen to be with your son who just proposed to his girlfriend in Ireland, why not grab a little congratulatory gift while you're here!
