Pizza Hq Traralgon

I regularly order excellent pizza from this place! However, my order today was missing an additional ingredient. I didn't call to notify them since it was Saturday, and I assumed they might be busy. They've never made a mistake on our orders before, so I didn’t think much of it. Shortly after the delivery, there was a knock at the door, and they sent over a new pizza with the missing ingredient. They apologized for the oversights and mentioned that they weren’t satisfied with their mistake, so they sent a whole pizza for free. Excellent service—thank you!

Strangest thing happened where I ordered my pizza for 7:30 o'clock contactless delivery and at 8:15 o'clock the pizza was nowhere in sight. when I called pizza hq to get an update on my order, they said that it was delivered after my instructions at 19:30 on the spot to my doorstep. I have to have bare with sticky fingers in this case haha. forward, I will make sure they knock on my door when it comes out. pizza hq was very helpful and delivered my order quickly and I don't sweat when I say it was the best pizza I had in years. highly recommended!

I had a large pizza that was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the service was impressively quick. I will definitely be back soon!

I absolutely loved it! I prefer my steak well done, but they prepared it slightly rare, which was a great experience. The staff was young, friendly, and very helpful. And those chicken wings? They're amazing, big daddy!
