Barali Beach Resort And - Trat

Do not drive past!!! After careful learning and driving to other resorts within a few kilometres, Barali has proven to be a top class. All beautiful separate villas in lush garden area. Quiet and quality. Our villa overlooks the pool and the beach. Sunset dinner at the edge of the water last night was divine, great BBQ yarns to die in a sauce! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like you are in your dream vacation brochure, but it is reality. Many very pleasant staff, cleaning and care of guests, well maintained. A private boat from the beach swallowed directly over a group of islands and snore the reefs and enjoyed the variety of marine life, and tiny beaches. Resort has excellent pool and beach bar, excellent sandy beach. 30 minutes drive south from here and all deteriorates... dangerous windy road, backpacks and a general feeling of trashyness. So I suggest you enjoy this resort and the area in a few kilometers.

The rooms only got 4* because it was quite stinking for the first moment, but clean. The state of the hotel is like everywhere aft8s long time Covid closure, not very good.... Maintenance is missing here and there, roof of the pool bar is in devastated state, tiles are broken at any point, obviously no poolboy is floating around as loads of leaves and flowers. Breakfast is ok, they even offer Thai dishes, salami and cheese and any kind of egg preparation. The restaurant in general.... Food was okay. Pricing is from my point of view something about the top.

We stayed for 2 nights in low season. The service was exceptional, staff was very helpful. We had our pets (3 chihuas) with us and the resort prepared beds and bowls for them when we check in. Breakfast is nice, the eggs Bennedict were really good. Food at the resort restaurant is good and cheap. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The only negative I can think about is that our TV didn't work, it turned after 30 seconds (we didn't report it to the reception because we didn't watch tv). Overall, it is definitely a place we will return to.

A peaceful resort at the beach far from busyness of the White Sands Beach. The architecture and atmosphere were nice, mixing gardens, pottery, plants, and villas. Nearby is a selection of good restaurants, and you can take a scooter to a viewpoint cafe. Breakfast was tasty, especially Asian parts of it. What we did not enjoy: our deluxe villa terrace was not very cozy, the bigger villas looked much better AC was loud at night

Spent a wonderful weekend at Barali Beach Resort in one of the beach front villa rooms. We were impressed with the size and quality of the room which also had a very large and spacious bathroom with a large deep bath. The beautiful beach was literally just out our door and provided a beautiful view from our room. Service was fantastic and we had no issues or problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this resort, it is family friendly but I would especially recommend it for a romantic getaway.
