Upcountry Provisions - TRAVELERS REST

We have recently eaten here on holiday. we waited for an incredible time; people coming after us were served before us. we paid an extreme amount of money for 2 coffees, 2 small egg dishes and a cinnamon roll. the food tasted great, but not enough, we have starved.

When I think of great sandwiches places, this place is at the top of the list. A little pricey but worth every cent. We've been here for breakfast and lunch, but prefer lunch here. This trip we were lucky enough to get the tomato sandwich special. I would eat this every day if I could.

Reading these 1 star reviews are so painful to read that I recovered my yelp account, reset my password, downloaded the app, just to review Upcountry 5 stars. My fav sandwich is the Country Homebody and on Saturday's they make an amazing Focaccia Pizza but you can't miss with their menu

Oh my gosh, I don 't understand the reviews for this place. I ordered the tomato toast, and specifically asked if they had ripe tomatoes, and was assured they did. The tomato was like foam, barely red, hard, tasteless. It 's June, tomato season. The bread was dry. My husbands egg sandwich was no better. Really disappointing.
