Jimmy John's - Traverse City

I had a fantastic experience at Jimmy Johnson's in Michigan! The service was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. The owner is incredibly charming and made my birthday celebration truly special!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! My grandson treated me like royalty during our visit. I wasn't familiar with the menu, but he is a regular and guided me perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I always look forward to enjoying something from Jimmy John's whenever I'm near one. The only downside is that there isn’t a location close to my house, so I typically indulge when I'm out of town. During a recent vacation, I was thrilled to have it delivered to my hotel, especially since I had my son with me and the weather wasn't great. The food arrived fresh and well-prepared, with top-quality ingredients. As a sandwich enthusiast, I can confidently say that Jimmy John's consistently delivers for me. They could benefit from marketing themselves a bit more like Dollar General. I’ll definitely be returning to this place the next time I'm in Traverse City!

Delicious food. Order was right. Delivery to the house was very fast. Friendly advice, maybe contain napkins in bag. Also felt slightly rushed on the phone and interrupted while trying to place on the phone. But really, very please with this JJ!
