Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Traverse City

The caffe has the best smoothie and delicious packings. they have healthy foods that really taste good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.

Smoothies are ok sometimes, and other times bland in the fruit flavor. They put more ice in than we do at home. I dont see anyone over the age of 16 working there. Manager?? That must have been the 12yr old at the drive thru window.

Absolutely rediculous. Sat in line with 7 cars ahead of me waiting to order for 15 minutes. Ordered and then waited over 35 minutes with 3 cars still on front of me....just left, because waiting 45 minutes for 2 smoothies is rediculous! Most places move large orders to the side and push smaller orders through. It also didn't help the perception of this place that I saw 3 and 4 people wearing the store's name tags standing around the back door, smoking I presume while the line grew behind me.Seriously, 45 minutes for 4 cars? We may not be return customers after this and the last 3 times we ordered with no sugar and sugar was definitely added. Extremely dissatisfied.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe this afternoon. When I got to the window my order wasn't complete and I had to pull forward and wait, I got a ways down the road before I realized I didn't have my full order. Probably won't go back.
