White On Rice - Traverse City

For a few years in San Francisco, Chicago for several more, consider me a bit of a sushi professional and I can honestly say that is in my top three best sushi bars ever. The fish is fresher than anything I had in Michigan, and the aromas in the special ramen are from this world. Flawless.

Every time we're in Traverse City, White on Rice is the place to eat! It has amazing sushi and the presentation of all items on the menu is excellent! Great service and they always add this special personal touch.

I'm not a big fan of seafood. However, the Tuna-poké was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted!

Just had the Miso Lobster Roll and mmmmmm! Great little place with a great fun atmosphere! It's good that I'm in the Bagel shop! Great job

Got take-out with daughter and grandkid. The food was excellent. Had sushi and ramen soup and was by far the best I've had. Fryer was down so no tempura shrimp but I will definitely be going back for more.
