Abbiamo festeggiato un master. Il servizio era impeccabile e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. I piatti erano delicati e gustosi, con prodotti freschissimi. Siamo stati nel complesso molto soddisfatti. Apprezzamento speciale va alla chef Carla che, con la sua abilità e cordialità, è riuscita a conquistare anche i palati più particolari. We arrived late after a flight from London, but Iolanda (the manager) was there to greet us and ensure everything was OK. Indeed it was. The four of us stayed three nights, dining at the hotel's very fine restaurant each night. The rooms are spacious as are the well-fitted bathrooms, the bed the best we experienced on our trip, the decor tasteful throughout. Breakfast was plentiful. Throughout we were made extraordinarily welcome by Iolanda, who certainly goes above and beyond to look after her guests. Although Trecastagni town has little appeal, Etna and Taormina are within a short drive, as is Catania and its airport.
