Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse

Very nice restaurant! Tenderloin doesn't need a crust! The meat was cooked perfectly except for the crust that just tasted burnt.

I have worked in fine dining for many years and eaten out many times. Food was mediocre. Buff spring rolls too acidic and bland. Burrata forgettable other than the golden raisin chutney. Short rib accompanied by a stew presentation was disappointing. Short rib meat was solid. Bread solid. I used to work at Davio’s and this location needs some life. Friday night at 830 and it’s half empty. Sorry to be so honest but it’s true :

Wonderful meals...Brilliant server...Best combination

This might be the worst restaurant in Braintree. I was there March 23rd for my anniversary because I couldn’t make it to the city due to heavy rain. The food was horrible. We did not enjoy the app (meat ball and Philly cheesesteak) and the main course was even worse. My girl and I took maybe a bit eat for our food and was like no. It was too late to ask for a refund because I would have. The drink was very disappointing as well. They made my old fashion with crushed ice.
