Excellent bakery-patisserie. The desserts are worth a visit. Mr. Berlioz is a virtuoso. The breads to the great epic, complete organic... are far superior to all that I have been able to buy elsewhere
Pastry in itself is perfect, excellent desserts and a little high deserved rates. On the other hand, the welcome reserved by the patron saint is unstable, not a smile, barely a hello, and the impression that it is an honor to come to her home. I was one of the first customers when she arrived on Trégueux and I feel that the quality and reputation of her pastries has risen to her head.
Surprising to find this level of quality in a small town but the boss is a 'high-end' patissier and he also has an excellent baker. The difficulty is to resist not to taste everything.
Arrived this morning to take a kouign amann, the boss's answer: I don't. It's more of a speciality of the finistère and morbihan.
