Disastrous and aggressive welcome despite consumption the day before and activities on the nautical site! I will never go back!

We were deeply disappointed and above all shocked by the lack of objectivity from the boss! For me, a meal should be a pleasure, but this evening was a nightmare! Said the young man who was serving, the boss takes more reservations than he can handle with his reduced staff! We had booked very early in the morning for this famous mussel meal...for 8:30 p.m. Arriving at 8:15 p.m., we were placed right at the exit of the terrace, almost in the parking lot! While other couples who booked in the afternoon had a beautiful table with a view of the water. There we started to wait... Arriving 15 minutes earlier we weren't too worried, except that we We only received our drinks at 8:50 p.m....and then began an unbearable wait... Our mussels were served to us at 9:45 p.m. after complaining to the waitress... who replied: sorry, they no longer have any mussels... Anyway, they finally served some to the poor people who, like us, had emptied their wine... I'm still waiting for the carafe of water. ... At 10 p.m., when asked, do you want dessert? frankly no, you never know, maybe I would have had it at midnight! The most distressing thing is the bad behavior of the boss. Consolation: Thomas (I think that’s your first name) Leave quickly for New Zealand......far from this toxic father, who understood nothing between profitability and quality of services.... So the mussel meal....overshadowed our stay.

It's a really nice restaurant in a great location with beautiful views over Dordogne River. They have themed menus. We tried it once on Sunday, on their burger pizza evening. Both burgers (classic beef duck) were delish. All the food was freshly cooked and looked amazing. Their burgers are gluten-free. The kids are well looked after, there is a bouncy castle, kids menu with ice cream. High chairs can be provided. However, there is no changing table/mat. Great spot, I would strongly recommend. As its a part of camping site, reservations are advisable as it's really popular. Very reasonable priced. Parking: Lots of parking space around Kid-friendliness: Bouncy castle to keep little ones occupied. Kids menu High chairs available
